SLP Loudmouth axle-back mufflers -installation tips?

Is there anything I should know about installing SLP Loudmouths on a 05-up GT? Do I have to loosen the H-pipe for proper alignment or is it very easy to install?

How are the Loudmouths constructed/designed? From the outside they appear to be pipes, but I hear they are actually resonators. I am interested in them because they are supposed to be one of the loudest mufflers you can buy, and I intend to keep the stock cats and stock H-pipe.

Put them on one at a time, makes it less confusing as to which is left and right. Don't completely tighten the clamps until you have adjusted them to where you like. You don't have to losen the H-pipe or anything else. If you have the right tools it should take you 20-30 minutes max.

I don't think they work as resonators, they are just long double walled tips. Had mine almost 2 years and have had zero issues with them.

I just crawled under the rear. Took about 2 hours that way. Should have listened to the girlfriend and bought rhino ramps for $30. Jack it up or put it on ramps and you will be done in 30 minutes.
