This summer I want to put a strut tower brace and lower control arms on my '05 GT. Does anyone have BMR's products? If so how are they? Is Steeda better? Also as far as the lower control arms go which one would be best for predominantly street use? I see that BMR makes four different kinds.

I personally love the BMR LCA's and the Upper Control Arms, they feel fantastic! No More Wheel hop, they pretty much do the job they are set out to do. I bought them at good deal @ MAK Performance, I payed $115 for the LCA's and I think $70 for the Upper Control Arm.

If your car is an everyday driver and an occasional visit to the racetrack, then go with the Tubular Non-Adjustable LCA's with the Polyurethane Bushings, per Lee @ BMR, which is what i have on mine.

I dont have the BMR Strut Tower Brace, I just posted maybe 5 min ago that I have the Granatelli MotorSports Strut Tower Brace because I wanted a brace that cleared the Intake Cover and was very nice looking under the hood.

BMR Products are great!!!

Did you install both control arms yourself or have a shop do it. I know installing the lowers is easy but I dunno about upper. If you did have a shop do it how much did you pay?

I had a buddy of mine who is mechanically engineered "cheese302" is his forum name, to help me with the lower one's since i had no tools, then I had my dept. chief in my fire dept help me with the upper one since me and my buddy ran into a lil problem with the instructions with the upper control arm.

The BMR instructions say to pull the mount out as well with the arm, but every other co that makes the arms says just pull it out without the mount, which is what we did. We ignored the instructions from the BMR and went along with Steeda's and it was a big help. Very satisfied with the upper control arm. It's not needed, people said the LCA's are enough, but for even greater traction and solid planting of the wheels to the ground, the combination of both work outstanding! and they were right they do!

Ok cool. Thanks for the help. I think at the very least I am going to pick up the LCA and the strut tower brace.
