What do you guys think about adding chassis stifening parts such as BMR's floorpan tunnel brace, A-arm support, upper control arm mounts and subframe connectors? Are there any benefits to these products with the new Mustang's stiffer chassis? I wonder if they would noticeable improve handling or just add extra unwanted weight.

They must be benifical at some point. They stiffen the chassis but do they stiffin the hassis enough to counter the added weighht I dont know I guess we are going to have to wait and see.

The mustang has a much improved chasis over the last model, but it's still made for a fairly comfortable ride on the street. If your planning on road racing your car stiffening your chassis will definately help. Any of the parts you listed would be good (subframe connectors will likely make the most difference) plus better lower control arms. But it will make your ride more rough especially if your streets aren't perfect. The weight probably wouldn't hurt much since you would be able to carry more speed through the corners.

If you are planning on drag racing this is where the weight will hurt the most I would start with the lower control arms as others have said until your car gets pretty fast.

In either case tires suited to the racing or driving you plan on doing would show more results. The stockers really don't handle hard cornering well.
