I can get a pretty good hookup on the Wilwood kits for our cars. I beleive they have a 4 piston kit and the 6 piston kit for the front. I think they also have a 2 piston kit. I will put you in touch with my guy and you guys work out the money thing amoungst yourselves. PM me or email me if anyone is interested. I have been very very happy with the kit on my car right now. Easy installation, unbeleivable stopping power...

I had some dealings with Wilwood and Precision Brakes Company, and FWIW I would stay far far away from both of them. Inferior parts, the rotors were cracking and the calipers didnt take the kind of pads I wanted for street use.

I'm interested in hearing about the upgrade as well. I have the 18" setup and wonder if it will be a simple swap - as if anything is simple anymore....

Well I just ordered a kit from my dealer. didn't bother with the rear pads, would rather just upgrade when i need to. rather use the money for stainless lines or something.

Will post results once all the parts arrive and I install. I think I'll need spacers so I'll investigate that too.

Call me biased, but I think the best brakes available are made by AP Racing. Keep in mind if you’re in the market for the ultimate Mustang system check out the following link.

I also handle AP for the previous generations as well. If you have any question give me a call at 800-858-0534

Thanks

Brian

Hi Kristina,

Someone else on another board had mentioned that spacers are in fact required for use with the fanblades.

P.S. Thanks again for the info on the Saleen HID's. They work flawlessly.
