when doing the 1/4? will i get better times?

Yes, even for daily driving (excepting highway), first thing I do is turn it off. The time delay from OD 5th when kicking it down is nauseating, 4th to kickdown is much quicker (obviously with 1 less gear for the computer to mul over).

Hope they come up with something for this.

I don't think you'll ever see 5th at the track, but would help in slowing the car not having it go into 5th when you let off at the end.

Alan, nice run of 13.6, gives me hope for mine when I get to run the 1/4 next weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to hook and see even better with my 4.10's.
