i sent him an email a few days ago, and called him a couple times over the past 2 days, but his voicemail is full.

why wait? there are tuners that actually have something called customer service and no offense, better tunes. Justin Starkey, vmptuning.com
I had constant problems with Dougs tunes in hi-altitude. I installed S/C pretty soon after, so no more that problem.
Doug is a great guy, but he is slipping badly I hear. Too busy doing everything by himself.

I get a response from him within 24hrs. The last time I called him was Monday morning at around 10am PST and he picked up. I don't know if it was luck, but the guy is really good with getting back to you from my experience.

Mr. Rutledge, I have an apology to make...in a post further in the thread, made after you and I looked...DynoJoe specified that the session would be in Baton Rouge, LA. I'm not driving that distance on those crappy LA roads (no offense intended LA residents; it's your corrupt govt, not you who's at fault) for a dynotune. Doug's good, but not that good. Sorry again for raising yur hopes...but if it's some consolation mine were bashed too..
