My friend just put a whipple on his car and was wondering who is the best tuner around here. He said he doesn't mind driving a a fair distance to get a spot on tune. He wants to run 500rwhp that's why he's wants the best tuner possible. I told him maybe kurgan motor sports. Anyways help will be appreciated
