What would be the best gear to go with a 3200 stall converter?

That is a really vague question. We need to know a lot more info, such as what engine and suspension mods, rear tire size and type, and of course, what kind of driving do you do?

i have c&l race intake and 93 race tune, nitto 555 255/45/18 tires, and no suspension mods yet, but plan on getting BMR adjustable LCAs and swaybar delete kit. i do alot of highway driving, about 50 miles a day

But... do you drag race? If so, how often? 1/8 or 1/4? Do you race on street tires? And what's more important... performance at the track or daily driving?

I dont go to the track too often, probably once every couple months, 1/4 mile. I use the tires i stated above (nitto 555 255/45). Performance is important, but i dont want to lose too much driveability.

With those tires, you'll probably face traction issues if you go too low on the gear. Plus, since you said you do a lot of highway miles, I'm thinking 3.73s might be a good choice for you. I don't think you could take advantage of 4.10s with street tires at the track. Just my two cents...

+1 on the 3.73. Our situations are similar, and I did some asking around. Unless you plan on extreme lowering, fixed LCA's (BMR) will be enough to improve your traction.

Also with street tires and the converter your traction will suffer. Better plan on buying some DR's to make the most of the other mods.
