November what? I'm November 30th Um Bradenton is an hour south of Tampa which is on the same latitude(? - horizontal line) as Corpse Christy. I was actually born in TX. In the McAllen area. I drive over there with my family every 3-4 years. Long drive.

I'll be going to USF(University of South Florida) in the fall. Majoring in Mech Engineering.

I just wonder if it'll be too loud and how bad the trumpeting will be since I have no cats and LTs which produce some trumpet as it is.
so thanks to slamman i recently purchased a similar setup
american racing long tubes
hi flow catted x
pypes mid mufflers

definitely the exact sound i was looking for and one of the best decisions i've made
however, even though i could hear some trumpeting in his video, i honestly have very little/no trumpeting whatsoever.

also, if you are worrying if it'll be too loud, my current setup is really not that loud at startup compared to when i just had stingers.

i can also make this setup softer than the stingers when i want but when i get on it...different story! lol
i honestly wouldn't worry about any of those things with the mid mufflers, the only thing to worry about is the fitment, definitely not some of the best, i had to cut and reweld mine just to align the tips but it was worth it

Stingers sound better on deacceleration and up to about 2500rpm and after that the MM setup completely blows them out of the water.

I forgot if you said you ordered the headers/mid pipe already? Because honestly I would take it one step at a time and decide on a good set of Headers and mid pipe, and try them out with the GTAs for a while. Then move on to Stingers or Pypes MM.

EDIT: YES FINALLY 1,000 POSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wait...I guess its offical then, I have no life

Yeah I ordered the MAC L/Ts and the Prochamber. Prochamber actually arrived yesterday and today the long tubes should show up.

I've have the GTAs for little over 6months. But from what everyone has told me, and all the videos I've heard is that the GTAs will trumpet with any o/r mid pipe. And fairly bad. But like you said I'll deff have to wait untill my l/ts and prochamber are up and running to get a better idea of where I wanna go. To many muffler options.

Stingers sound better on deacceleration
yup, thats one thing i really miss about the stingers, the mid mufflers dont have that badass really deep burble/rumble when decelerating
it could be a combo of the exhaust not being broken in and the x pipe but the stingers were just SO DEEP. one thing they were missing though was some top end sound, it seemed like they stopped making noise after about 4000 rpms

Ive pretty much completely broke in my system and while they do get a WAY better sound as time goes on, the deaccel will never be on the Stingers level...But I never let that get me down, cause I just down shift and run it out through redline and the smile won't leave my face!

Ive driven roughly 500ish in the month and a half that Ive had them, and I could tell a subtle difference over time.

Just read through this thread, and **** man, that is a fantastic sounding exhaust. One of the best I've heard. Tips look nice, too.
