Here's another driving around the block, windows up, radio volume is at three bars to start. It's 3:43 in length. Enjoy! Now to go wash my dirty car...

Sounds like my Bassani's...I think mine might be a tad lower and louder...You have the x-pipe also? The Bassani's sound SO much better then anything else i'd heard, so we bought them in a snap....Glad you were able to get a video up on them so others will know I was being honest....they are SWEEEEEET!
No, I don't have the x-pipe yet. That's next as soon as my shop can get them in. I think I'm going to go for x-pipe with high flow cats.

Yes, they are VERY sweet! I had a nice sounding 200? GT convertible detour this afternoon to follow me though a right turn and then left into shopping plaza just so his passenger's could get a better view and listen I guess! He continued on through and back onto the street we came off of so I knew he was just getting a better look and listen.

well it sounds like the 4605-5 is the way to go. as far as the muffler. and the 4605-X as far as the actual pipe.

although, now that i've seen you talk about it, i'm wondering if waiting for the pipe with the bassani cats on it would be worth the wait. any ideas on what kind of price to expect on getthing the entire cat-back package from them when it's available? nino, have you heard from them when it is going to be available? all their website says is coming soon.

thanks for all the help. it's greatly appreciate.

It shouldn't be too much longer... perhaps 1-2 weeks. Here's a teaser.

thanks for the pic nino...that looks really schweet. the more i think about it, the more i'm thinking that's the way to go. have they done any talk about pricing for the whole x pipe w/ bassani cats/mufflers/tips, etc... system? oh...and it's 50 state legal right? (well texas is the only state i care about it being legal in right now)

so where are you at in NW houston nino?

Hey Redfire, did you say that is just the axleback rig on your clip? Either the 4605-5 or bx4605-5? Or is it the full setup.

I'm not really much for the magnaflow systems... They do have a nice sound, however they aren't loud enough to do it for me.
I have the magnaflow Magnapacks on my 2005 GT and it drives my neighbours nuts. I would hate to have an exhaust system louder than this one.

I want to eventually have the Bassani installed and I was wondering what is the best way to do it? Do I need to find a Bassani dealer in my area or do I order the system online and take it to a shop to have it all welded up? Any advice?

Welding is not necessary and anyone can perform the installation with the simplest of hand tools. All you do is loosen the band clamps holding the mufflers to the exhaust system, slide the mufflers off, and install the new ones! If you want to weld them then it's your choice but it is not necessary.

We offer the Bassani mufflers at great prices and we can price match just about anyone's offer. Please contact me with any other questions regarding this system of any other.

I have a question regarding the tips with the resonators...

Are there performace differences? Sound Differences?

I was told by Bassani that the stainless steel mufflers had resonators built into the tips, but now I'm not so sure. The tips look like they are simply double walled like the Magnaflows. I will have to take a closer look at them when I get the chance.
