As you can see by my post, I was a bit lost and dismayed on my install of my gears. First off, the shop did excellent work, here is their link.

I got home and tried to email Doug and posted a help question. And guess who was the first poster? Your right, Doug.

Doug then emailed me the new adjusted tunes for my tuner. I was still lost as that I needed to add this program from SCT and this driver and so forth.

Doug responded by emailing me both links I needed and how to. It installed fine and I was able to upload to my tuner.

In the car, the tune loaded like a champ. and it ran like a it was stolen.



I am sure other tuners are good and take care of their customers, but Doug is the man!

Yeah, he is the man!!! Same situation here, needed tune for the 4.10's that were installed this past weekend, Doug actually called me on Sunday with all the info I needed and what to download from SCT to use the tune. I uploaded it and it runs great, thanks again Doug!

 

need a whole new tune for 4.10's? isn't that one of the user config. parameters?

 

Yes and no. It is user adjustable, but my SCT 2 software was not up to it. I had to install new interface software to handle the tune change. Rather than have me stumble and try to find the correct upgrades, he provided me all the links for it, AND he even emailed me an adjusted tune with the 4.10 parameters already dialed in.

That is customer service. I cannot wait till the cam/tuner combo to be in my bank account range.

Had both his Performance and Torque tunes and very happy with both!

Anybody tried the race tune? any good?
