in doing the 1/4 with stock rear and a few mods?

It does not seem to need much. I think 2500 or so is sufficient for a good launch....

P.S. Very Nice times considering your level of mods....

I did my 13.9's by brake-torquing to about 2500. That was enough to get just a little tirespin, then it hooked.

I was going to say the same thing. It completely depends on the mods and of course the road conditions. On a perfect warm day, I have had the best luck at 1500 rpm.
