Ordered mine on Thursday overnite, and was surprised to see they were in stock at the time. I had called them the day prior, and was told backordered until 10-06-05.

OK I'll bite. What way are they supposed to improve over factory plugs and does that performance enhancement work on cars without nitrous or SC's.

Nothing to bite

Cant see them hurting in any way, just an added layer of protection IMO.
They are supposedly a colder plug, and will dissipate the heat better. As far as how much colder..one step, or two..I have no idea.
They were available, so I jumped on them.
Ahhh...the joy of new untested items

OK I understand the advantage. I believe where they would be helpful is in nitrous or SC engines. Unless you are running hard for long distances (which I think most of us do not do) I don't think they would be advantageous to most modders. Maybe an option when its time to replace the plugs on their routine schedule. JMO

correct...the colder heat range helps prevent detonation (pre-ignition) which is much more dangerous on a blower or NOS car...An N/A car really does not need them...I'm adding a 100 shot...and later a blower with a smaller shot......hence the need for the colder plug
