just make sure anytime you go back to the dealer you remove anything you added or you might be in trouble

Technically, you have to sign an agreement that you will only use factory parts on your car.

Performance mods are not permitted whatsoever.

That being said, I'm sure you could bolt some things on and remove them but you might be taking a big the risk if they find out.

keep in mind guys, in the age of OBD II, supposedly a dealer can tell from readings that parts have been changed. Removing them before service may not be enough.

you could likely kiss you warranty goodbye. not to mention the potential headache of having to strip the engine down anytime she may need to go to service. And if you are in an accident, or she breaks down on the freeway, what then? Warranty will tow you in to the dealer and you wont have time to strip her down.

Why are you thinking about or currently leasing? If its cost, were I you I would wait a year, setting aside my would have been monthly lease payment, and buy used in late o5 or early o6.

you could also do this, call a dealer, identify yourself as Joe Schmoe Nobody and tell him you are interested in a mustang but you cant decide between lease or buy. Tell him you want to mod and you want to know what that might do to the warranty and or lease agreement.
