heck all - today I dynoed on a Dynojet for the first. Let's just say I was not impressed at first. Then I spoke eith the dyno tech and he said those are the numbers I should expect to see at our high altitude.

Here's the graph:

[attachmentid=23196][attachmentid=23197]

Baseline: 263 hp (taken from anther 05) 282 torque? SAE

88 *F 6000FT ELV

JLT, Predator DTP 91 tune, SLP Loudmouth cat back:

273.0 hp 287.8 ftlb torque SAE

88*F 6000FT ELV

Brent from DTP Tuning was a great help. My first run we figured out I was running 11.6 a/f ratio (because of the altitude) and we then increased it to 12.7 to get the numbers I show above.

I think my spark was around 26 at WOT (hmmm. I forgot). BTW I have a 5spd.

My numbers were quite low compared to others at high altitude also, which makes no sense when you factor in the SAE correction. I got 255rwhp / 271rwtq stock at about 5200 feet. Granted part of it could be the dyno, but after installing magnaflow xpipe + catback and getting it dynoed at a different place it only went up to 268rwhp + 288rwtq, but I think there may still be a small exhaust leak draining a little power. This is bone stock with nothing but the exhast at the tune btw.

That's with an A/F of about 13.0-13.5, which ive been assured is quite safe for a n/a engine, seeing as how you are actually running richer then a wideband 02 sensor can tell you.

Jeff- I really appreciate it. I feel a little better now.

Hey speaking of Colorado. My wife and I might make it to Steamboat Springs for the Mustang gathering (Rocky Mountain Mustang Club I think?). Are you going?

Thanks_Jay
