It's coming along, albeit slowly. Progress can be seen in another thread here in this forum. I'll have to figure out how to hook the video camera up to the computer to get a sound clip posted.

Would it make much of a difference if you had a catted vs non-catted h-pipe as far as the sound goes?

I'm sure it would. I haven't heard a setup like mine in person with cats. I'm thinking about getting some hi flow cats welded in to rid some of the trumpet.
