Am I gonna have any problems running mufflerless in California?

I had SLP loudmouths but the front hanger on the left one broke so I had to take them off and send them in for another set so im running mufflerless for about a week or two till I get another set in. So i was wondering am I gonna have any problem if a cop gets behind me and sees those two massive empty holes back there?

Yeah but im a lot more likely to be pulled over if a cop sees an empty space back there where two exhaust tips should be.
