No joy, I'm afraid... I was pressed for time, and had to run the car to the dealer for some recall work, and didn't get it back today... I'll try again tomorrow. No chance you can match up the stubs, huh?
Okay, I spent some time under the hood today, and here's what I came up with...
Looking down at the ABS box from the rear of the car, you have two inlet lines at the top, and four outlet lines on the bottom. The left-hand inlet line routes to the forward port on the master cylinder, the right-hand inlet routes to the rearward port on the master cylinder.
Running left-to-right, the bottom row is: unknown, unknown, left-front, right-front. I can trace the rears for you next time I have the car up on stands, but that probably won't be until next month...

Wow...almost 6 weeks since your first post and 4 weeks since you last post and you still have this issue. Must not drive your car much. Huh..
