I was recently having my navigation system tweaked and the installer asked me if I was going to get a tranny mount for my '05 manual GT, I asked him what the benefits would be and how much it costs, and he told me it would add a smoother, better shift and costs only $50-$60. Does anyone know anything about this and where to purchase, if it is in fact worth it? Thanks

 

Not sure bout any for the new mustang, but i ate 3 of em in my 01 trans am (6speed) before i replaced it with a polyurethane. After that i didnt notice the shifting being any better, but i wasnt at the dealer every 6 weeks replacing it (yes i drove it hard lol)
