Doesn't mention what additional parts like harness/PCM you would need to get this to work on a 05-09. Also would this even bolt up to a TR-3650? Or would you need to get a 6-speed transmission also?

Engine mount bosses and bellhousing mount pattern common to 4.6L modular engines.
On the PCM issue:
Use our NEW wiring, PCM and installation kit M-6017-A504V designed for street rod/project car installation.

I've heard the PCM is around 1200.

Yeah and if i remember Ford makes the harness so it will not work with the stuff thats on the S197 such as gauges and other things, its meant more for the guy that wants to run this in an old 60s mustang or 32 hotrod.
