It was really bad. I ended up swapping it out for a TrueTrac, which is great so far. Fortunately I got a full refund from Amazon, which took some of the sting out of paying for another install. I haven't been able to beat on it yet since I'm still breaking in the clutch, but it is very smooth for street driving.

Let me know what backlash they set it to (if they specify) and if it makes any noise. Mine is at .012 (within ford spec) but howls on deceleration

I'm in the car retuning it right now. I guess they had to re adjust the backlash and get another pinion bearing at my expense, which I'm not happy about but whatever. I'll give you guys an update in a few. Btw it's raining, naturally....

I've been considering the 4:10 gears myself. How does it affect your gas mileage so far? Obviously I understand the Mustang isn't a Prius, but I get a solid 19 MPG on average now, which is more than good enough, but I wouldn't want it drop drastically. I've heard some people say the 4:10's actually increase gas mileage?

Yea it's funny you mentioned the mpg gain because I'm actually averaging like .2 more (19.4). I would definitely recommend 410s. ESPECIALLY if you're planning on getting cams. I couldnt be happier with my pick
