Anyone fit that criteria? I'm thinking of ordering gears....any reasons why I shouldn't? or should....

If you want to go S/C I would NOT recommend 4:10's otherwise they are perfect for N/A bolt ons.

Well...i have an auto,and switched to 3.73's...i love them...did not want to go too much. From talking to my tuner(lidio) Alternative Auto...he says stock gears in auto are plenty...if you are gonna do mods. Too much gear will hurt your 1/4 mile time if you are gonna track car. Around town driving will be fun though.He had 4.10's in his car at first and it actually slowed him down in the 1/4...he then went to 3.55 and he has 20 inch rims with taller tire..so that washed out to 3.31 again....he ran 12's at the time. You should call him and he can explain it better...it is how the tranny gears ratio is different from sticks. Lidio's car now runs low 11's and maybe 10's now...he has a Vortech with methanol injection..hasn't hurt tranny yet!

A supercharger is definitely in the cards...think i'll leave the gears alone.
