Hey guys, I I'm just wondering what a GT with full bolt ons with. Good driver can get in the 1/4 mile?

He's a great driver and already runs 12.79 with decent air. But he's added a whole bunch of mods to get some better times.
He has Headers, 4.10,drag Radials, FRPP cams, Black Lung intake, lightweight K Member, and Suspension work, along with a Tune.
With these new mods can he run 12.4s or better?

What tires is he running? Low 60ft times mean a lot. Shift points with the 4:10's also factor in. 12.4 should be no problem with a strong launch.

He's running Race Stars, and including Skinnies up front, 15x10 MT/Street Drag Radials.
Along with new Clutch and rebuilt rear duff clutches

We have a wager who will win, him or Me with Boss,
I have the Power but he has the driver. I can't get this Boss down the track that we'll, plus he power shifts. He was running 1.82 60fts before the additional mods

Should be no problem. Did he dyno the car? Try and shift out according to hp and torque curve to get the most out of it. Little trial and error and he should be pleased.

No, I'm hoping he can't run low 12s or I lose $$$
We race May 20th at Empire Raceway.
The bet is best ET.. Not side by side with reaction time,
We run Pro Tree and I've seen him run nearly a perfect light

HE has ran 12.9s with street tires, and (great driver)

He won't tell me his Dyno #s.. Before new cams and intake he had 306/310

12.70 before the mods. 12.40 should be no problem. Most of those mods shouldn't add much hp though. Should be a good race. I prefer the pro tree also. Less time to think about it.

This is the Mustang Racing Club we belong to.
You make 4 runs during the day, then later they match you up with somebody with. 2 and it's on BETTER light reaction usually wins, pretty suspenseful.

It's so damm hard to stay consistent in a manual street car though. Might get 2 good runs all day. I'll usually make about 5 passes and maybe only pull one good run out of the trip. Just a matter of track conditions and seat time. Lots of fun though. I need to go back but I break something every time. Always costs extra after a trip.

Here's a Video. I'm at 28 seconds in, and he's runs at 55 seconds in, he's got the black 07 of course.
