Yes, but how much will the new Lightning cost? I've heard anywhere from just a couple of % pts more than the current gen, to over 40K. And does anyone have any timeframe for WHEN this badass truck may hit showrooms? What about more detailed specs (ie HP/Tq, payload, tow ratings, etc)?

I'm debating between a new Stang and possibly this new version Lightning since I could use a truck again but can't afford two vehicles...

Anyone?

Well, the latest buzz at the rumor mill is about 500-550 HP and equal amounts of TQ but nothing in stone until it closes on its release date. Because of the increase in power, as it goes, the price will go up, I'd imagine bare bones stock model low 40's up to the top of the line from 45 to 50G....just a speculation from a guy that could really care less about performance trucks...they just don't go together.
