Both V6 sedans..which is better?

IF memory serves me right, doesent the MkZ have a power advantage?

 

Yeah, MKZ have power advantage (265 hp vs 210 hp/255 hp). And its cheaper.

 

 

Well, outside of the 400hp CTS-V I don't get the appeal of the CTS lineup at all. Since it's inception there have been better cars in the class for no more money wether your particular needs lean more toward sport or luxury.

If I were looking for a sport sedan on the cheap the much better executed, and far more potent when comparing V-6's, G35 sedan has always seemed a far better choice. If you are more into luxury than sport the CTS isn't really a standout and the Lexus ES has always seemed a better pick to me...the new, and seriously inexpensive, MkZ simply makes the comparo a no brainer IMO. You can even get a C Class Mercedes for about the same dough as the CTS asks....I just don't get it.

Heck, even the CTS-V has serious issues IMO. So long as you don't want your four door with a joystick the 300 SRT8 seems like a much better deal to me...and holds four people much more comfortably for that matter.
