i do consider the monaro a muscle car. any car that has a V8, RWD and is high perf is instantaneously a muscle car. thats just how it works. thats not to say there arent different kinds of muscle cars though. different cultures interperet the phrase differently and build their cars accordingly.
also are you trying to imply that aussie's cant make muscle cars (not an insult or aupposed to be, im just wondering) cuz trust me, the aussies know how to make killer muscle cars. *cough*aussiefordfalcon*cough* muscle cars arent just for us americans.

I dont mean any harm, i hate all GM products and always will, i do like the GTOs styling cues, but i would buyt he monaro, but not a GTO, might sound stupid but its not a GTO, it is a monaro with GTO badges, i would ahve some respect if it were a different style, like the Mercury Capri VS. Mustang, same thing with a few different cues, like the hatch and the grille/front bumper. I believe the GTO would be great had it been restyled even if it were ont he same platform so it had good handling. i do believe any one except the japanese and chinese can make a muscle car, i love the Falcon BTW. i also believe i dislike the GTO for its company (GM) and its lack of creativity and how it got beat by a 27k dollar mach 1. now, i apologixze as i am not always innocent (i no i no, u r shocked arent u?) btw that Doug guy u are talking about needs a kick in the head.

i have my radio on at night, i cant sleep in silence, but i am addicted to MM&FF and i am also addicted to my computers, and i have over 100 racing videos saved to my harddrive, outrageously some kids tryed to make fun of me saying i was "a dumb fa*g who was obsessed with gay mustangs and cars" just because i read MM&FF in study hall and lunch and i am always on TMS or reading a magazine or watching OCC or Horsepower TV needless to say i took care of them........ people these days dont respect good vehicles.............. :shock:
