The first fox body I ever liked was a white with black stripe 1983 GT i saw in an old issue of Mustang Enthusiast. IIRC the guy bought the car in CA for next to nothing, drove it home, had to sell it and then some idiot wrecked it.

but in any case..

and an honorable mention for..

Chris is right. You just can't beat a Notch 5.0 with those Cobra tails.

The Fairmont for sure but I'm not sure the T-bird shared the platform... I had an 84 Turbo coupe, it was a very nice cruiser!

i`m not sure what makes a fox a fox but no a 62 bird would not be one .. my 84 bird shared mostly the same front suspension layout as mustangs and fairmonts .. the 460 engine kit would fit all three cars ..

If it can be anything Fox based (not just Fox Mustangs), I prefer a turbo or 5.0 Thunderbird.

I know I know the fairlane has nothing to do with the topic but the fox is a 10 sec car so it makes up for my oops.

always thought that they were the best looking late model T-birds. I say combine the good and put a turbocharged coyote 5.0 in there!

Since I have two 1986 SVOs, I'd have to say the hatchbacks...

While I prefer the 5.0 LX "notchbacks", would have to say the '93 SVT Cobra/R would represent the best Fox Mustang variant from Ford. Though I will admit having a thing for Fox chassis Lincoln MkVII LSCs...
