civic vs 5.0
OK so I have a new co-worker that has a 2010 Honda civic SI that is still N/A, but is pretty much built up as much as it can be without being F/I. He has an aftermarket k20 type r block with forged internals, stage 2 cams, stage 2 clutch, full exhaust with cat delete supposedly putting down 300hp to the wheels. He also said that he has gone low 12s in the 1/4 mile. Do u think this is possible and is my 2012 5.0 still faster?

I've got a buddy with a hair-dried rollerskate, the thing puts down over 300 hp to the wheels and 340 ft/lbs at the wheels in a car that weighs less than 2000 pounds, being FWD its tricky to launch but from a roll he doesn't have any problem running away from a 5.0

My buddy has a boosted K24 that from a roll is no fun for me
Another has a boosted LS and goes LOW LOW 11s...
IMO a VERY clean honda, no "holes" or stickers, just a motor and some wheels...

It's still a Honda but because they are a light *** car it is possible. But think of it this way if you the same amount of work he did into your mustang and match mod for mod then you would crush him.
Also what would you rather drive a sex machine or a wanna be race car.

Why are so many people putting Honda's down? Ok and for the original price of OUR mustangs VS what a honda can be purchased for...the Honda can still go FASTER. Some of you people need to wake up and under stand that some stuff can be fast other then mustangs....

Well good news everyone, I got a feed a new rice box to my pony tonight. both from a 20 roll and from a stand still i soundly spanked him. He of course blamed his clutch, so i told him i would gladly beat him again once his clutch is fixed.
