Chevy Cobalt SS vs. Dodge SRT-4
In a race to see what the fastest one to be worth less then $5000, I would still take the SRT, it takes about 3 years, the cobalt would take 3 years and 3 months.
This should be a 'which is worse' thread.

heh, I actually got $15,500 for an 03 SVTF euro a couple months ago
It made me happy
We had a pair of SRT4's with low milage traded in this summer by brothers, one black one red. Both had warped brake rotors, go figure. They are pretty quick, but for some reason you kinda wince when you drive hard on every shift, like you want to say your sorry to the car. Its probably because they used the second worse platform in over a decade for a compact(next to the cavalier/saturn sl), and it drives like a fast moving version of the bottom-of-the-heap rental compact platform, but thats just a theory. The Cobalt's release suddenly and amazingly leapfroged Chevy from up from being the worst up to second-worst compact platform-but then the Neon got cancelled....
