Hey i need ur help which is fater or better

i have a 2004 V6 (3.9L) Mustang

my friend has a 2003 Pontiac Grand am GT

he beat me off the start,
what can i do to change this
i think i am goin to get a intake def., will it help enough?

another friend of mine is very jealous of my stang even thou its a V6
He bought a Linclon mark VIII (V8)
i think hewill he beat me, and he wants to race since he so jealous

Aight We'll First your going to get bashed for Racing [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen.gif[/img] but just part of life.. The Linclon will most likly win considering the V8 (Power & Torque) And the Transmission. IMO

 

so what about the pontiac grand am GT, i have raced him on the start and he got me but it wasnt a long race it was just a start, less than 300feet . would i baet him in a regular race

From what specs I could find on both cars it sounds like a drivers race.. Those Grand Am's are pretty stout cars.. & Hear they run real good after 60.
