Cool!
I'll definetely have to try and make that!
I was just wondering, is your Boss completely stock or has it been modified? I noticed you said earlier that it is now faster

Since I had it stock( and it was no slouch) I decided to turn up the heat ! If Ford had built them like this in 1969 it would have unbelivable. So, we took a lesson from the Nascar camp. Here goes, .05 overbore, custom forged aluminum pistons with full floating pins,Nascar forged steel crank,Crower super rods, high volume oil pump,Comp Cams custom grind solid roller, stock heads with nascar valves,Holman and Moody dual quad manifold with 2- 735cfm Holley carbs,MSD ignition, custom stainless steel headers with 3 inch stainless exhaust system. Awesome! I was just wondering because I was thinking about modding my 35th and showing it. I didn't know if modding it would hurt it being show quality. But from seeing yours its obvious it doesn't.
I was only thinking of some engine mods to get it up to about 350-375 rwhp. I'll definetly have to go ahead and do them now!
The thing I love about your Boss is that it looks stock, but you've really got quite a bit in the engine. Thanks for the info

When I started to redo my Boss 429, the choice of components were to enhance performance and driveability.I have nothing against showroom stock Boss cars but I had it stock and there was plenty of room for improvement, plus,in 1969 everybody modified their cars. These cars were built with racing in mind! A friend asked why I didn't sell it and buy something exotic and I thought to myself, whats more exotic than 600 hp of dual quad Nascar engine stuffed into one of the sleekest body styles Ford ever built. I think I'll hang onto it.

Just put me in your will okay?
Boss '9. Easy. No other true muscle car mustang on the list, so why would you not pick it? An 04 Cobra MAY be faster, but its not a muscle car, you can thank Ralph Nader for that. A Boss '9 back then would run low 13s stock and be pushing almost 500 hp or more once Ford set them up more for strip-duty than they originally were. It only took a set of slicks to get them into 12s.
I think there was atleast 1 Couger Boss '9 built actually, I think Mustang and Fords might've found one, but its possible I'm thinking about a Boss 302 Eliminator.

Those Boss's are what dreams are made off
:bang: I should have known, When Larry Shinoda named these cars he used 1969 street slang, its boss !!! Nevertheless,I still don't understand sick as something good, I'm not a doctor, but sick is not good ! On second thought,I have been called a sick SOB for building the car this way.

There's nothing crazy about wanting a 1969 Boss 302 over a 03-04 Cobra.

Hey I'm not stupid. I am smart. S-M-R-T.... I mean S-M-A-R-T!
A Boss like that will turn so many heads. Plus the sound of the 302
