What is the deal with the Evil Robot Lady and the model code? I get along fine up to that point, then she doesn't understand "T82". Tonight I called 6 times and didn't make it past the model code. Usually I have to call 4 or 5 times to make it thru. No wonder they call her the Evil Robot Lady. VERY aggravating!

Every time I call my dealer it just seems like he is trying as hard as he can to get off the phone with me. I ordered 06 Satin GT w/IUP on july 7th and still have not been given a vin#. I just recently got the dora and it has an order number on it with 3 digits and one letter. This order number is different from the 4 digit number on my VOC sheet, and my priority is different also. On my VOC sheet it was 80 and now it is 14. I guess that my be a good sign but i still want to know what is going on. If someone could please PM me the dreaded Evil Ladies # i would really appreciate it. Thanks Guys

The order number on the DORA is the one to go by.

Obviously you have an accent or some sort of speech impediment. No disrespect intended it's just that I've called maybe 15 times in the last few months and I can recall maybe 2 or 3 times when I had to repeat something. I speak normally but not too fast and I have no problems.

Maybe you should have someone else call!

I have to speak quickly when I call. If I try to slow down and enunciate, then ERL hears "T80". Don't even try to use the VIN.

Remember, you cannot get reliable results with "eighty-two" or "eighty".
You'll need to spell it out - "tee-eight-zero" or "tee-eight-two".

I said "tee-eight-five" for three months and had no problems.

Definitely forget using the VIN. She can't keep up.
