On Thursday the Ford computer goes thru all the orders nationally and does a pull by commodity and dealer. It is an entirely automatic system. Once in a while an order either gets overlooked or for one reason or another it does not pull. The dealer can then call his regional rep and request a priority pull. If there is an avaialble slot, the region can then assign either a priority code of 01 or 02 in which case it will then get pulled. I would guess that is what your dealer is talking about. ERL won't know anything until after the unit is serialized [the day after it pulls] and then the system still takes time to update.

I spoke to the dealer today and he said they pulled the wrong order...and they are on the phone now to Ford to straighten it out, I am so mad about this, I have been waiting since January.. I told him if it is not scheduled today (from what you said this is probably impossible) that I would cancel the order...
