I ordered my GT on 2/5 and the $1000 rebate was included in my deal.....now they are offering the $695 for the auto. The dealer included "any other " offers in my deal when we did the order... so I am hoping I will get the extra $695 off when I got to pick it up. Gonna have to stop by the dealer and discuss this. That will pay for more than 1/2 of my insurance!

 

I'm surprised a little that they would include the rebate in the deal for an ordered/undelivered car. I was told that we would have to wait until the time of delivery to apply whatever promotion was going at that time, not at time of order or anytime in between. How much above invoice did you pay for the car?

 

I did pay under invoice and am getting both the $1000 rebate and $645 rebate for the car. The $1000 rebate was happening when I ordered. At first i had agreed to a purchase with the dealer with them getting me a car from another dealer. However, there was a problem with their "deal" with the other dealer and i could not get it. SO, I ordered what I wanted, they did not want to lose a sale and so I got a nice package with more options for what I had originally agreed to with the other car. My Dad had puchased a V6 the same day from the same dealer also. The dealer told me that any other incentives would also apply to my order. When I got my call yesterday all the incentives were included in the total. It was a nice surprise about the $645. I go pick it up tomorrow morning. Yeah~
