I'm wondering the same thing. No access for the last day and a half. I thought I was black listed. Maybe I'm not alone ;-)

Ford should allow online access for non-fleet customers. They should be honored/thrilled that they have non-fleet customers dying to find out when their Fords will be assembled and delivered!!

I had heard that they were building on online process, signalling the end of the ERL. I will PM Sparky and see if he knows what is going on.

I know the dealerships are now supposed to use the online feature in "Concepts" (sounds like a dealer network system) while fleet customers can access status inquiries on fleet.ford.com, leaving the average joe sixpack vehicle buyer SOL, and up the creek w/o a paddle for status inquiries. I guess I'll have to call my sales person every day to annoy them.

It looks like even Ford's robots are part of a Union. The ERL is off for the holiday! WTF, over? LOL. Robots don't need holidays or breaks!
