ERL Delima.........


OK. The dealer informs me that it WAS built the week of 04-18-2005 and that it is waiting for rail shipment to Kansas City. When I call ERL (Evil Robot Lady), she tells me that it is scheduled to be built the week of 04-18-2005 but nothing further. Since this date is more than a week past I'm puzzled.

Does ERL actually tell you anything past the build date?

 

I was in the same boat as you so I called VOPC again, only this time I said "analyst", waited about four minutes on hold and the a real human voice came on the other end of the line...........can you believe it. She said my car was built 4/22 and is ready to ship with an ETA of 05/06. You might try this, its always nice to talk to a human voice to get an accurate update on the order.

 

ERL must of been backlogged. Checked all weekend and no update but today she says it was shipped out by Conway Carrier on this past Saturday from Flatrock to Kansas City. I wonder how long it will take to get to me????

 

She said mine shipped by Convoy carrier on 04/25 with ETA of 05/06.
