The ERL says my order has a "compatibility error and cannot be schedule until cleared". What does "compatibility error" mean exactly?

 

Either the dealer ordered something that is not available such as pony package on a GT or there was a system glitch, more than likely a system glitch. If not, the dealer gets a report showing compatability errors so they can get them cleared up.
