Enkei RP03, 17x9.5, +38mm offset: 19.2 lbs.

Nitto 555RII, 275/40/17: 26.9 lbs.
Who did you purchase them from?

Here's one of those Cobra-R replicas in anthracite powdercoat...

Still don't have access to a scale

Lookin good! Do you feel an increase in acceleration from the lower unsprung weight and lower effective gear ratio?

That's the ones I have been using since I bought my 05 (I used to run them on my 00)

They stick out about ¼" to ½" with 275/40R17 tires. Here is the only pic I have (before I dropped the suspension !):

I missed the boat too !!!

They still have them in bronze & silver but it is no longer available @ $165 !

All these lightweight wheels are great; just what I'm looking for. But do you sacrifice strength for lighter weight? I'd hate to hit a pothole and lose a rim.

IMO it's worth going to 17s for the roughly $250 you will save per set of tires when compared to 18s.

But if I were looking at 18s I wouldn't get those above wheels...I don't think those would look right on a Mustang.

18x9 all around with 275/40/R18 Falken FK-452s

For the price I think they're fairly light.

dude that is sweet i want them even more now. Do you have any problems with rubbing in the turns with those 275's up front. I am planning on dropping the car with the FRPP handleing kit and i dont know if 275's would be the best for me up front

Well ... @ 23.4 lbs for 18x8 not worth the qualification for a light wheel ! Nice look though !

Has anybody found lightweight ones that will clear the GT500 front brake kit yet? Hoping that the FN01R-C will, but have no tech on it yet...

There is an option for Forged 18x8.5" wheels for the S197's. About 17.5 pounds each, made by Rays (those folks that make Volk) wheels.... and for the autoxers out there they are stock class legal (45mm offset). They are $400 a wheel. We have used a few sets on various Shelbys I've setup.

The nice thing here is I think they look better than Volk RE30's I have, they cost about 35% less and weight the same amount.
