Driving thru the waterbox
Driving thru the waterbox
know that it is not a good idea to drive thru the waterbox on street radials, but I am wondering how much does hurt your 60' and ET? The last two times at the 1/8 mile track, I have driven thru the waterbox, but the entire width of the lane is sprayed, so I have no choice but to.

it's best to go around it, and stupid when people burn out in the box, you get water all in the wheel well, and then it drips on the tires, and defeats the whole purpose
if you absolutely have to drive through it, Id might would try to extend the burnout, then backup, and try to get all the water off the fronts...if they are wet, then they'll leave water directly in front of the rears
