It was definately an interesting race . . . ZERO full course yellow flags which is a far cry from a typical Koni Challenge race . . . perhaps the drivers were just saving up for all the inevitable yellows at Iowa this weekend . . . Lots of cars, both GS and ST classes, on a very small track is going to be just insane.

Sorry we didnt make it over to the paddock much Brian. We came through once but everyone was pretty busy so we didnt want to interrupt flow and well frankly, we hid in the shade saturday and sunday for the most part.

No worries man, I actually bugged out a few hours after the Koni race on saturday night, things were a bit hectic with so many cars.

Also has there been any talk of Grand-Am moving this race to a different time of year due to heat related issues? Thats alot of stress on the drivers and teams and honestly im shocked not more people had complications from it (this is all the medical training in me talking)

Some rumors floating around about moving it to April I think, but nothing solid. Probably won't hear anything about a change until next year's schedule comes out at the end of the year.

Heck April still is 80+ for the most part, but that'd be a huge difference in everything, including performance and grip i bet
