I think I'll need at least 3 more quarts of oil, getting the right oil quantity will be a bit of a challenge. I'll post up more as I do some testing

I pulled the trigger on ARH 1-3/4 w/ catted H-pipe, let you know how it goes. Hopefully everything completed before mid-June.

I have been thinking about putting a accusump on my 1965 mustang for autocross!
I had one on a race truck in the past, it's a great product and can prolong engine life a lot!

Thank - it was the best LRP outing I've had in a while! Hopefully I'll catch up with you at an event this summer

While your at it, might was well get rid of that puny little 500S filter and go to the real FRPP 820 one, LOL

Just found out that the Track Guys/Camp Steeda Sebring scheduled for Memorial Day weekend has been cancelled due to low registration numbers. This was going to be my second trip to Sebring and my first track outing of the year. I am disappointed and wondering what I should do for the upcoming holiday weekend. Does anyone know of any events that weekend in the Southeast?

Slotted brakes. Worth changing all corners or just the fronts?

difficult to say. My preference is decent blanks. What brand are you considering? A few of the decently priced options out there specifically say slotted is for street use only. And BrandsI would really trust with slotted or cross drilled are expensive. Just my opinion.

I pulled the trigger on stoptech slotted rotors for all four corners. I didn't have any real issue with my current stock setup but always wanted to try these out. Looked at the 2 piece rotor but too expensive for me

Do you have brembo front brakes?

I just started running rear slotted, but they are floating 2-piece. I haven't switched my fronts to the matching slotted 2-pieces but I will in the near future.
They should work well, might wear the pads a little faster. Let us know what you think!

I wouldn't throw away perfectly good unslotted rotors just to change over to slots, but if you are ready for a rotor swap why not. I have been running the DBA 4000 series slotted on all four corners for over a year now without issue on the track or the road. I just upgraded the rears from the stock 11.8 rotors to the 13.8 rotors using the 2013 Shelby caliper mounting brackets. I want a little more thermal mass and the small rear rotors have always bothered me, besides Steeda gave me a great price on the rotors.
