Pete,
Those are some amazing pictures. If I could have afforded 2 GTs, the other would have been Windveil blue. I think I'm going to have to order some of this Zainos. I like what I'm hearing about easier removal, no staining of blacked textured parts, and better protection. It sounds like this stuff would bring my wife's '99 A8 back to life. You can tell the paint job on that car is awesome, but has so much dirt in it.
You had better stop polishing soon, or people are going to start bringing suit against you for searing their retinas.

No I've seen the stuff on Dans Refire GT, and I was REALLY impressed, it looks great (mind you he is switching to zaino too ) Must be peer pressure.

Seriously, I'm going to try Zaino because I believe that it IS all its cracked up to be. Now, its just time to see the results for myself.

I think we need a sticky on everyone's Zaino application routines. Someone stated earlier that if you can see the glaze you're using too much. Well crap, that's how I see how much I've done!
A little Zaino tips and tricks thread would be mondo magnifico!

I believe with all that wax the dust should just wipe off with the quick detailer. I'm thinking I'll order the Z5, ZFX, and Z2pro. I should be able to use my Meguiars NXT car wash, ya think???

Question- Has anyone tried the new Z8? I am curious about it.
I have used Zaino for over 5 years now and completely agree with the comments posted here. The stuff is awesome. I did my satin silver this weekend. The usual- wash with dawn, claybar, wash again, dry well, one coat of Z5 and so far one coat of Z2. I'll put another on later this evening. My car looks like a mirror. My only other experience with Zaino was using in on a bright red car, and the red seemed to glow. I was worried that I wouldn't notice the results on the silver, becuase it isn't as flashy of a color, but it looks amazing!!!

GTJeff has the Z8(Grande Finale) and says it works AWSOME...take a look at page one.
My 02 was Satin Silver (hence why I didn't get silver again, wanted a change) but yeah it looked crazy on it.
So right in that it looks like a mirror

I have preferred Meguiar's in the past but after looking at my results from Zaino's I'll never go back. I am not knocking Meguiar's by any means, but before you criticize Zaino's for being internet "hype" or too "pricy", try it. It is as good as advertised, no gimick's it just works. It is incredible. This is my 5th black car and I think Zaino's is going to make it a little easier to keep it perfect.
