What methods are being used to remove Zaino. I have applied Z2 and Z5 to my other 2 cars (one black, one white) and used an orbital buffer to remove it. Worked great , no swirl marks what so ever. But now its time to do my Black gt and worried about causing swirl . Anyone have experiance with this?

Thanks,
Tony

Hey Tony, just curious why you'd want to remove Zaino?

I think he means he wants to remove it after he's applied it. Since Zaino does not require buffing. I've read you just need to use a 100% cotton towel. So I wouldn't bother with the buffer. I haven't even got my car yet. But did receive my Ultimate Zaino kit yesterday

No need for a buffer! I just wiped mine off with a cotton towel. No swirls!

I tried using a cotton towel to wipe it off on the first car I did, but it took a lot of elbow grease so I switched to a buffer. I put the Zaino on very thin, and waited about 1/2 hour. Did I possiably let it dry to long or not long enough?

Sounds like it wasn't dry. If you're not using the ZF accelerator, you can expect a 2-3 hour drying time, depending on temp and humidity. To test, simply take your finger and "swipe" the polish. If it's ready the swiped area will be clean, with no film on the paint surface. When you try to remove before it's dry all you are doing is smearing the polish around.

It should take very little effort to remove when properly dried. Zaino does not recommend powered buffers for removal. Check their site at www.zainobros.com for more info and tips.
