Well I got my ultimate kit from Zaino yesterday and after a long day of exams. It all went on... All I can say is wow. I've never owned a car that looked this good and its not even daytime yet! I can't wait to see it in the sun tom. Although I do have a couple questions...

I never used a claybar and tried to follow the instructions as best I could but I didn't seem to get much dirt on the clay... is this normal? Also, it says in the instructions that when mixing the polishes with the accelerator that its only good for 12 hours.... You think it will be alright til tom when I can put some more coats on? I'm new to the Zaino famliy so bare with me

 

Great! you love Zaino too! As far as the mixing bottles with the ZFX enhanced polish...no, if you have not used all the polish in the bottle in 12 hours you need to toss it....before that you can clean the bottles out and reuse, but you may find it difficult to clean out a 12+ hours bottle completely.

 

with regards to claybar here is the trick I used

hold the claybar between your middile and ring fingers. Let your index and pinky fingers lightly rub on the surface of the paint (don't wear rings, obviously). You'll feel the surface get cleaner (it is a BIG difference) and then you can move to other areas.

 

hmm so I guess the trick is to just try and mix just enough polish that you will use...
