I would say any top quality wax would make that effect but only if done by hand. It also has to do with if the car has orange peel or not in it too. The only products I use are McGuires. Hope this helps a little bit.

Prep!
Prep is the key: a perfect canvas will give you the results you're looking for. Black looks best when clean and swirl free / defect free. This is achieved by having a clear-coat that is completely leveled without valleys from scratches, swirls, marring, etc.
Here's a reflection shot off a metallic black car I worked on:

No wax or sealant is going to give you that look. Think of it like beautiful women: what do you have to put on Halle Barry to make her look amazing? ANYTHING.
Invest in proper wash gear and learn to use the two-bucket method with Grit-Guards for every wash and your car will always "look new."

Can someone explain orange Peel to me? My black bullitt looks great when shined up...from a distance. The previous and original owner apparently knew his way around everything but a buffer. Orange Peel to my understanding is the amount of..texture in the paint? Is it good or bad. An what short of a repaint will get rid of my car with 100% swirl mark coverage. An I mean every square inch is swirl marked

Wow that is stunning. Awesome job.
Get some solid polish and sealant and you shoild be set as far as what u can do at home. Probably a lil compounding if your good with a buffer. Other than that take it to a well known detail shop in the area and they can get ur car lookin show car new(:

Swirls can be removed by the mechanical re-leveling of your clear-coat AKA buffing. To do it right takes skill, experience, and a lot of practice, but if truly done right will have the car in a better-than-new state.

Meguiars clay kit, followed by croftgate usa's aquanil-x & quick-n-slick, then a coat of wax after 24 hours. Side note: the coat of wax doesn't really add any shine, just helps keep the finish longer
