I INSTALLED THE HP PLUS BRAKE PADS AND EVERYTIME IT RAINS OR GET WETMEANING THE RIMS THE BRAKE DUST TURNS INTO RUST . I FOUND SOME KIND OF DEGREASER MADE BY CASTROL AND WORKS BUT I AM HAVING STUFF TIME GETTING OFF SOME MORE OF THIS RUST DUE TO BUILD UP SINCE I JUST FOUND THIS PRODUCT.

try using a claybar kit, that should help lift the particles out. I personally wouldn't use that claybar anywhere else on the body after that... as it will probably have a lot of metal particles in it.
