Tune for long tube headers

Tune for long tube headers
I just had some long tube headers installed on my 2016 GT. I had previously added the ford performance power pack stage 2 (87 mm TB, GT350 CAI and calibration) a couple of years ago.
I had arranged for a local dyno/tune shop to do a tune to flash over the existing ford performance tune and to factor in the new headers! however with all this COVID-19 stuff going on, all the shops are closed so I cant get it done. I am showing a check engine light (obviously I would assume from the o2 sensor change). I am wondering if it is dangerous or if I could do any damage by doing a little driving while waiting for the shop to reopen for the tune (hopefully in a few weeks???)?

my understanding is that the ECU should be able to adapt/correct for the slightly wrong signals it is now getting from the O2 sensors, so it "should" be OK . . . but I'd take it real easy until I got the tune straightened out
