Finished claying her for 4 hours. Winters suck. I even have to clay inner door jambs.

Got all the gear out... Going Flex this time, with gray ccs pad, menzerna super finish. Major correction already done last year. So just yearly light polish.

Thanks guys... Just got done polishing. I love 1 steppers. Very fast with Flex. Need to apply JetSeal right now. Paint is "naked" as we speak.

 

Ok... All done. She's jet sealed. Going to go take Nikon pics now.

Sweet! The snow is just about gone here, I can't wait to detail Lauren Renee after spending the winter in the "paddock".

Haha.... you sounds like all of my buddies. I have to do a couple of cars this year. I used to run a detailing biz. I had more time back then. I slowly had to back away from it. My engineering career took off, then got married, then 2 kids. You can probably guess where time went. Now I barely have time for my own cars, but I try to squeeze in a few cars here and there as time permits.

What's up Dagonz... long time no talk. Sorry, but I myself, along with Marilyn, hibernate from this forum during the winter months. I usually just "troll" like Joe during these months

But here, snow is 90% gone now, and temps are in 50's. So I activated Marilyn fully last week, then started to detail her and Tori now. Farah is next.

Yeah likewise. There's still "some" salt, but I just couldn't wait. Stupid winter was too long.

I'm doing well, thanks for asking. I brought my wife's Edge to the firehouse tonight to give it a cleaning (it hadn't been done in a few months; everytime I wanted to bring it in to clean it she had plans)... it took me three hours to do it inside and out; I put a quick coat of wax on it, but it needs to be completely clayed and detailed.

 

I hear you. You know what I find really sickening to do? It's like a detailer's nails on a chalkboard if you will. Waxing over an unclayed surface. :'( I feel your pain bro.

Thanks man. Yeah Acuras are all about body creases and sharp lines. It's "edgy" done right. Cadillac tries it and fails. Acura does it and wins.

For a daily driver, the tsx is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, performance, mileage, and reliability.

 

I was wondering about that, the rear almost looks Photoshopped due to the change in color. Looks awesome, and I've always liked the TSX, especially for a daily driver.

 

Yeah no photo editing there.... That's Silvermoon paint at its best there Shows what good prep work, and surface correction can do, topped with a sealant and wax. Oh and good camera too
