matte black finish in rear of CS.

What is the best way to clean and buff the rear matte finish on my CS so it has that nice smooth matte finish look again. Basically getting rid or any swirls of scuffs currently in it.

You can't. The only way is to have new vinyl / paint laid down.

try using a clay bar. Mine is 3 years old and still looks and feels as good as new
