For my seats, I use "Top Of The Line" leather cleaner, followed up with "Four Star Platinum Series Ultimate Leather Conditioner."

This seems to be one of the best combos I've found. I had never heard of either of those products, but once I started researching what many detailers were using & recommending I thought I'd give'em a shot. I've been very pleased with both products since. "Lexol" is another highly recommended product - though I've never tried it.

 

For cleaning the leather (I have the ICAP), I use a 6:1 mixture of water:woolite in a spray bottle. Spray it on your towel, then wipe the leather. Once I do that, I put on the Meguiar's Gold Class Leather Foam.
